Since Valoracart operates as a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
Estimated delivery times:
- India: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to reflect in the system.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Courier company delays
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
6. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee reshipment or refund.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Valoracart is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Stolen packages after delivery
Please contact your local courier office in such cases.
8. Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to different supplier warehouses.
