1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
- The product is significantly different from the description
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Clear photos or videos must be provided (for damaged/incorrect items)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care & hygiene products
- Undergarments
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse
3. Dropshipping Notice
As Valoracart operates as a dropshipping business:
- Products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
- Return approval is subject to supplier verification.
- In some cases, you may not be required to return the item, and a partial or full refund may be issued.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
