1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided (for damaged/incorrect items)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Undergarments
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Dropshipping Notice

As Valoracart operates as a dropshipping business:

  • Products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
  • Return approval is subject to supplier verification.
  • In some cases, you may not be required to return the item, and a partial or full refund may be issued.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please contact your bank or payment provider first.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Reshipping may require additional charges.
